User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Data Deletion Policy Overview

At CREATOZZ (a product of METABRAINS LAB LLP), we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and global privacy regulations (including GDPR, CPRA, and the Indian DPDPA 2023), users have the right to request the complete removal of their personal data and third-party account authorizations from our platform at any time.

2. Revoking & Deleting Data via Facebook / Instagram

If you connected your Instagram Business or Facebook account to CREATOZZ, you can revoke access and trigger automated data removal directly from Meta:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Select Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) from the side menu.
  3. Find and select CREATOZZ from the active applications list.
  4. Click Remove to revoke access.
  5. Optionally, check the box requesting Meta to notify CREATOZZ to delete all historic interaction data and access tokens associated with your account.
Once access is revoked via Meta, our servers automatically invalidate your OAuth Access Tokens and queue all cached Instagram analytics and account metadata for deletion within 30 days.

3. Manual Account & Data Erasure Request

If you wish to immediately delete your entire CREATOZZ account, custom profile page, and all integrated social media data (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) from our databases, follow these steps:

Method A: Self-Service via Dashboard

  1. Log in to your dashboard at https://creatozz.com/login.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Click on Delete Account & Purge Data.
  4. Confirm your action. Your account will be immediately deactivated.

Method B: Direct Email Request

If you cannot access your dashboard, you may submit a manual data deletion request to our legal and data protection team:

  • Send an email to [email protected] or [email protected].
  • Use the subject line: 'Data Deletion Request - [Your Username]'.
  • Include your registered account email address and your CREATOZZ profile handle.
  • Our support team will verify your identity and process the complete purge of your data within 7 business days.

4. What Data Is Deleted?

Upon processing your data deletion request, CREATOZZ permanently removes the following items from active databases and Redis caches:

  • Personal Profile Credentials: Name, email, profile photo, and password hashes.
  • Meta / Instagram Data: OAuth access tokens, Business Account IDs, historic engagement metrics, impression data, and demographic insights.
  • YouTube API Data: Stored API refresh tokens, channel analytics, and cached view counts.
  • Hosted Portfolio Content: Custom URLs, bio links, uploaded media blocks, and custom branding settings.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

Data flagged for deletion is erased from active production servers instantly and completely purged from off-site encrypted backups within 30 days.

Certain anonymized, non-identifiable telemetry metrics (such as aggregate platform usage counts) or billing transactional records required for legal and tax compliance under Indian tax laws may be retained as required by applicable law.
