By creating an account, accessing dashboard tools, integrating third-party social media accounts, or interacting with software systems under CREATOZZ (a proprietary platform owned and operated by METABRAINS LAB LLP, hereinafter "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, and global electronic contract frameworks.

2.1 Permitted Use & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or have authorized parental/legal guardian consent where local legislation demands).
• You agree to provide true, verifiable, and accurate account credentials during onboarding and maintain their accuracy.
• You remain exclusively liable for all operations, OAuth token usages, configuration updates, and content deployed from your workspace.

2.2 Handle Reclaiming & Squatting Policy

To preserve fair namespace allocation across our platform:

• You do not possess permanent property rights over your custom profile path handle (e.g., creatozz.com/username).
• The Company reserves full discretionary authority to reclaim, transfer, or deactivate custom profile paths that infringe verified corporate trademarks, misrepresent public figures, or engage in handle squatting.
• Handles left completely dormant (zero logins and zero traffic) for over six (6) consecutive calendar months are subject to automated deletion, reassignment, or recycling without notice.

CREATOZZ integrates with third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including Meta (Instagram Graph API) and Google (YouTube API Services), to fetch and render verified creator performance analytics.

3.1 Compliance with Platform Rules

• YouTube API Compliance: By connecting your YouTube account, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy.
• Meta Platform Rules: By connecting your Instagram Business or Creator account, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• Third-Party API Outages: The Company exerts zero control over third-party API availability, rate limits, or policy changes. We accept no liability for dashboard inaccuracies, sync failures, or loss of metrics resulting from Meta, Google, or other third-party API interruptions.

CREATOZZ functions strictly as a neutral link aggregation and analytics rendering gateway. We do not preview, control, monitor, or endorse outbound destination links chosen by creators.

4.2 Prohibited Destination Protocols & Abuse

Accounts will face immediate permanent termination and reporting to legal authorities if profiles redirect to pages hosting or endorsing:

• Phishing routines, drive-by malware payloads, or exploit distributions.
• Unlicensed copyright piracy portals, peer-to-peer torrent arrays, or illegal streaming gateways.
• Deceptive multi-level marketing strategies, unregulated gambling systems, or fraudulent financial schemes.
• Hate speech, harassment, illegal adult content, or direct violations of localized digital privacy rights.

• Recurring Billing: Subscription packages bill in advance on automated recurring schedules. You may terminate renewals directly from your billing interface at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
• No Refund Policy: All plan purchases, subscription renewals, and micro-transaction fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• Transaction Surcharges: If you leverage native CREATOZZ commerce widgets or tipping tools to collect funds from your audience, you agree to platform micro-fees described during payment setup, alongside third-party payment processor cuts (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).

All source code, database architectures, user interface designs, custom themes, branding identifiers, and underlying infrastructure mechanisms are the exclusive intellectual property of METABRAINS LAB LLP.

If you believe a user on our network is hosting or linking to infringing materials, submit a verified Copyright Takedown Notice to our legal mailbox ([email protected]). We maintain a strict repeat-infringer termination policy under standard Safe Harbor provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless METABRAINS LAB LLP, its designated partners, officers, employees, contractors, developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal and attorney fees) arising from:

• Your access to or use of CREATOZZ services and dashboard modules.
• Your violation of any provision contained within these Terms & Conditions.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy rights, or platform rules (including Meta and YouTube policies).
• Any content, outbound link destination, or transaction generated through your CREATOZZ profile.

CREATOZZ is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, METABRAINS LAB LLP shall never be held accountable for any lost revenues, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, compromised reputation metrics, data corruption, or operational downtime.

We preserve unilateral privileges to temporarily restrict, lock down, or permanently delete user accounts instantly and without prior notice for contract violations, abusive traffic generation, dashboard metric spoofing via bot networks, security threats, or activities causing operational or legal risk to METABRAINS LAB LLP.

These Terms are interpreted under and governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or court proceedings stemming from or relating to your use of CREATOZZ shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts located in Puducherry, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction thereof.
